This 2000 calorie diet plan is defined as 3 meals per day each meal no more than 660 calories; There are no other nutrition restrictions other than calories

 

Low Calorie Diet – 1200 calories per day

This 1200 calorie diet plan is defined as 3 meals per day each meal no more than 400 calories.  There are no other nutrient restrictions other than calories.

 

Low Calorie Diet – 1500 calories per day

This 1500 calorie diet plan is defined as 3 meals per day each meal no more than 500 calories. There are no other nutrient restrictions other than calories.

Lower Sodium Diet

2300 mg sodium or less per day.  This diet plan is defined as no more than 2300 mg sodium consumed daily.  One meal = no more than 760 mg sodium (*in the information section- add – American Heart Association recommends no more than 2300 mg sodium a day and moving toward an ideal limit of no more than 1500 mg sodium per day for most adults)

 

Lowest Sodium Diet

1500 mg sodium per day.
